2026 is the 30th year of the Litigation Institute & Retreat and the program promises not to disappoint. Experienced trial lawyers and state court judges will share effective approaches to litigation and trial practice, including practical tips in the age of AI, budget-friendly litigation for small cases, and comparing bench and jury trials. The pre-Institute workshop and Saturday’s session feature David J.F. Gross, a co-author of Power Trial Method, and Chad Drown demonstrating direct and cross-examination techniques. All Institute registrants will receive a complimentary copy of Power Trial Method, courtesy of the Litigation Section.
