The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure have changed. Major changes to the rules that govern federal court litigation went into effect December 1, 2015. This program covers important differences involving the scope and limits of discovery and the requirements for responding to discovery requests. Review other significant changes, including altered requirements for preservation of electronic discovery, new rules on early case conferences, and the elimination of the form pleadings in Rule 84.
