General sessions will delve into real estate and land use case law and legislative updates. Real estate breakout topics will focus on the new FinCEN rule, keys to affordable home ownership, a legislative fix to evicting non-tenant occupants, and financing renewable energy projects. The land use breakout sessions will examine common malpractice traps, density issues, land use proceeding strategies, and state and local policies for disaster response.
