Real estate breakout session topics include legally removing nontenants, litigation of residential real estate disclosures, a primer on commercial lease agreements, indemnity clauses in real estate agreements, and HOA disputes. Land use breakout session topics include land use conditions of approval, the evolving law of bistate land use planning in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, avoiding pitfalls at LUBA, a Goal 3 and Goal 5 update, and hot topics in environmental issues in land development.
