Bankruptcy law can be intimidating for the nonbankruptcy lawyer. Gain a basic understanding of the bankruptcy process geared toward criminal law, family law, and litigation attorneys. Begin the program with lunch at noon, sponsored by the Federal Bar Association, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of Oregon’s bankruptcy judges and ask questions. Learn about representing the bankruptcy plaintiff in civil litigation cases and the marriage of family law and bankruptcy, and explore when bankruptcy law becomes a potential criminal issue.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days after you complete this seminar for it to appear on your online MCLE Compliance Report at www.osbar.org.
